  My husband and I had struggled with trying to establish a Wills and/or Estate Plan. We did not know enough to know where to begin. We had previously talked with a lawyer who was helpful to a degree but it was up to us to follow up. And he charged by the hour. We have property out of state and wanted to set up a trust. I was at a community event and spoke with Emily about Campen Estate Planning LLC. I am so glad that I called and set up an appointment with them. On our first meeting we were introduced to Daniel Campen and his office staff and told of their operational plan and outlined our needs and assets. We then had the option to sign up with them, which we did. We certainly liked that we were charged a flat fee for the services and follow up and not an hourly rate. We highly recommend Campen Estate Planning services. Daniel is knowledgeable, thorough, and competent in all aspects of the law and procedures we needed to follow to establish our Living Trusts. He and his office staff have followed up/been there for us with the steps we needed to take in clear communications. They were able to contact and communicate with the lawyers to establish our out of state Trust. And we have been provided with a binder containing our Living Trust and clear instructions to those who will implement it when we are gone. All of our assets will be accounted for. Over the coming years we will have interval meetings to update our information and I feel comfortable in contacting them whenever I have questions. We thank them and are relieved that we have taken these steps to ensure that the assets we have worked hard to accumulate are secure.
