  Everything is fine with the facility except the dining room mats are filthy and sticky. Otherwise, everything is great.

  I am a hospice liaison who has worked with this welcoming community in Williamsburg that truly stands out for its warmth and dedication to providing an exceptional experience from the very beginning. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with friendly faces and a sense of comfort that makes this community feel like home. Taylor, the Sales and Marketing Director plays a key role in ensuring that future residents have a smooth and positive transition, taking the time to assess individual needs and confirming that the community can meet them. Stacey, the Director of Nursing, brings extensive expertise to resident care with much knowledge, ensuring every individual’s health needs are met with attention and compassion. Not only is she an exceptional nurse, but she’s also always ready to join in on community fun—engaged, upbeat, and dedicated to making the environment feel like home, especially during the holidays. Her professional yet charismatic style adds a unique and uplifting touch to each day. The wonderful, kind, passionate Memory Care Director Keshia makes sure her residents are happy and well taken care of. The memory care area is beautifully designed with ample natural light, creating a bright and inviting environment where residents can enjoy their time, socialize with others, and engage in activities led by Jess, the Activities Director. Jess also oversees the entire building for activities making smoothies, cookies, and more. She even makes a point to walk around and deliver treats to residents who prefer to stay in their rooms, ensuring no one ever feels left out. Victoria, the Executive Director, has an impressive history with the community, having worked her way up through various roles and always bringing a caring, hands-on approach to leadership. This community offers a truly caring, supportive environment, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a place for their loved ones.
