  We just bought a Bosch dishwasher from Bonnycastle Appliances. Their price (I worked with Andrew) was $340 LESS than Home Depot and Lowes, for the exact same dishwasher. Also, the installation fee of $235 was less than expected and less than originally quoted. Lee Hamblin was our installer. He was gracious, on time, an obvious EXPERT at his craft, and took the time to explain how to work our new Bosch dishwasher. He even set the new outlet so we could plug in our heat tape for the pipes under our kitchen sink. This is the first time we've used Bonnycastle, and we vehemently agree that we will be back for more appliances. Well done, Bonnycastle and Lee Hamblin!

  In April, 2025, my husband and I were in the market for a new GE refrigerator and GE stove. We had planned to go to a few appliance stores. We were at my sister’s house in the Highlands, so decided to go to Bonnycastle Appliance & TV first. Neither of us had ever been there. We were greeted by Dan Kaplan. His knowledge of each fridge and stove we were shown was impeccable. On top of that, he was very nice and patient. Our appliances were ordered at the end of May to take advantage of the Memorial Day sale. We decided to also order a new GE microwave. Our appliances were delivered and installed by Lee with Empire Installation. A bin in our fridge was cracked and our microwave had a dent in the door. I called Dan the next day and he ordered the new bin and microwave door. They were delivered to our home within four or five days. We replaced the bin ourselves and an installer came out and replaced the microwave door. My husband and I highly recommend Dan Kaplan at Bonnycastle Appliance & TV! Thanks Dan & Bonnycastle management.
