  I see, Dr. Erin Howell. I have been meeting with Dr. Howell on a weekly basis for the last year. I came looking to find answers and with Dr. H's help, I found myself. I feel like my life is mine again. We have worked on emotions and mental health to a point to my life is so peaceful.I understand why I was so upset a year ago. I had zero boundaries!!! I did not know how to go about finding them for myself or others. This last year has not only changed my life for the better, but it saved my ever loving soul. She's taught me that I don't have to ignore a crisis, but where my place is in a crisis. It's not my responsibility to carry the weight of the world.

  I have worked with alot of practices and therapists but none have been as good as Togetherness Counseling and Cindy. If you've been through cycles of therapy and want to find a place that truly cares and wants to help, this is the place to go.

  You are in great hands at this practice. Tara is brilliant and thoughtful and effective. Q is a rare gem, warm and funny, who puts you first and has a sharp clinical mind to help you reach your goals. Highly recommend!

  I highly recommend Jordyn to anyone in need of a listening ear and productive feedback. I have grown so much over the past 6 months while working with her, by setting my intentions to overcome obstacles I have been facing for 10+ years. I truly appreciate her presence and love that I am able to do sessions virtually. If you’re on the fence about therapy, do it. I am so thankful for my weekly sessions with her!
